IT'S A NEW SEASON
Well, it's that time of year; time to spring forward. It's that time of year where we start to see the fruit of our labor as the buds begin to bloom from the seeds that we've sown and soon we'll see the harvest. It's a time of rebirth, renewal and a time for us to recharge our inner beings, our thoughts and our deeds. It's time for us to refocus our energy as we start to shed the old habits, the old thoughts and ways as we begin to blossom. It's a time of rejuvenation and refreshing; and oh yeah..."baseball and apple pie." If you're like me, you started the year with thoughts of a renewed regiment to having a healthier and stronger body and hopefully, you were successful in carrying out your plan.
